Part B, bad service.

Dear sir or madam, my name is Jordan Ramsey.

My family and I are regular customers at your restaurant.

We love your fast and friendly service.

However, we didn't get that last Saturday.

When our waiter showed us to our table, he was quite rude.

Then he wasn't very patient when he took our order.

We never experienced that kind of treatment before.

Maybe you could talk to your waiters and ask them to be more careful.
