Here is the equipment we need: two beakers, a thermometer, and sugar.

I see. One beaker has cold water and the other has hot water.

Exactly. Now add one spoon of sugar to each beaker at the same time.

Done! The sugar in the hot water is dissolving much faster already.

The hot water sample dissolved in two minutes. The cold one took eight minutes.
