Reports initially published by French newspaper Le Monde and subsequently cited by The Jerusalem Post suggest that the complex may accommodate missile systems capable of reaching targets up to two thousand kilometers away.

Turkish officials have publicly emphasized that the partnership with Somalia is purely civilian in nature, centered on satellite launches and aerospace development.
