How to Use the Daily Study Guide: Just Open It and Follow Along, the System Plans Today for You

The point where language learning most easily falls apart is often the moment you open the app and don't know where to start. Should I review yesterday's vocabulary? Or continue with a new lesson? Which words are about to be forgotten? Just deciding "what to practice today" drains half your energy. This is what is called decision fatigueyour motivation is worn out before you even start studying.

The good news is: you can actually leave this "decision" to the system. Loopy's Daily Study Guide automatically calculates what you should do today, every day. All you need to do is open it and follow along.

Concept: A Sequenced Today's List

What the Daily Study Guide does is very simpleit organizes everything you need to cover today into a sequenced list.

It mainly consists of two parts:

  • Due review items: The system determines which items are "due for review" based on the forgetting curve and ranks them by prioritythe ones you are most likely to forget soonest are placed first, rescuing those fading memories first.
  • New progress recommendations: In addition to reviewing, the system also connects new content suitable for your current progression, ensuring you both review and move forward.

The key is: you don't have to inventory "which words are due and which one to practice first" yourself. The system has already done all these calculations for you, presenting you with a list that you just need to follow.

How to Use It in Loopy: Three Simple Steps

The Daily Study Guide is located in the "Today" tab of the Review Center. Three steps to get started:

  1. Open the "Today" tab: Enter the Review Center and switch to "Today". You will see today's list arranged by the system, with the highest priority and most easily forgotten items at the top.
  2. One-click start, follow the autoplay: Click start, and the system will automatically queue the next itemas soon as you finish one, it automatically transitions to the next, running down the pre-arranged order. You don't have to return to the list to manually select the next item every time.
  3. Practice until the list is cleared: Follow through with the due reviews and today's new progress recommendations, and your daily portion is complete. It's fine to leave halfway; when you return, you will resume right where you left off.

The only decision you need to make during the entire process is: Start now. As for the rest of "what to practice first, and what to practice next," the system has it all figured out.

Summary: Turn It into a Habit with Your Streak

The Daily Study Guide removes the most exhausting "decision" of the day, leaving you with nothing but execution. And for every day you complete, your streak increases by 1—this number will gradually become a small goal you don't want to break, helping you build a natural habit of "opening and following along every day."

Whether learning can be sustained often depends on the accumulation of getting a little bit done every day. Leave the choices to the system, and keep the persistence for yourself.

Tomorrow, open Loopy, go to the "Today" tab to see what the system has scheduled for you, and complete your first study guide.
