One sunny morning, Loopy and Gaga wanted to go on a nature walk in the forest.

"Be careful, dears. Stay on the path and come home before dark," says Mother Duck.

"Do not worry, Mom! I have a plan. I will drop breadcrumbs on the path. Then we can follow them home!" says Loopy.

"Great idea, Loopy! Let's go! I want to see the big trees!" says Gaga.

Loopy dropped breadcrumbs as they walked. Left, right, left, right, deeper into the forest.

They walked for a long time. The trees grew tall and thick. Soon, they could not see the path anymore.

"Loopy, where is the path? I cannot see it. Are we lost?" asks Gaga.

"It is okay! Let's follow the breadcrumbs back. Turn around, Gaga," says Loopy.

But when they turned around, the breadcrumbs were gone! Birds had eaten every single one.

"Oh no! The birds ate our breadcrumbs! Now we are really lost!" cries Gaga.

"Do not panic, Gaga. Let's keep walking. We will find a way home," says Loopy.

They walked and walked. Then, in a sunny clearing, they saw something amazing. A house! But not just any house.

"Loopy! Look at that house! It is so colorful!" says Gaga.

"Look! The walls are made of chocolate!" says Loopy.

"And the door is made of cookies! Big, brown cookies!" says Gaga.

"The windows are made of candy! Red candy and yellow candy!" says Loopy.

"And the roof is made of gingerbread! This is the best house ever!" says Gaga.

Gaga started eating the house. He ate a piece of the door. He ate a piece of the window. He could not stop!

Suddenly, the cookie door opened. An old cat stood there. She had big green eyes and a wide smile.

"Well, well! Two little ducks! Come in, children! Eat all you want!" says Mrs. Whiskers.

"She is so nice! Let's go in, Loopy! I want more candy!" says Gaga.

"Wait, Gaga. We do not know her. Mom always says, be careful with strangers."

"Oh, do not be afraid! I have cake and juice inside. You must be so hungry and tired!" says Mrs. Whiskers.

Loopy was not sure. But Gaga was very hungry. They went inside. The house smelled like sugar and cookies.
